TERMS OF USE & SERVICE AGREEMENT

PLATINUM WEEKLY SERVICE

Effective Date: 10/30/2026

This Terms of Use & Service Agreement ("Agreement") governs the purchase and use of the Platinum Weekly Service ("Service") offered by Sharp Edge Sports LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By purchasing, accessing, or using the Service, you ("Customer" or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions.

1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Sharp Edge Sports LLC provides sports analysis, opinions, predictions, and sports wagering selections through its Platinum Weekly Service.

The Platinum Weekly Service includes:

·       Company: Sharp Edge Sports LLC

·       Product: Platinum Weekly Service

·       Purchase Price: $299.00 USD

·       Service Duration: Seven (7) consecutive calendar days.

·       Deliverables: Six (6) sports picks.

·       Delivery Method: Exclusive access through the Company's designated website.

·       Purchase Type: One-time purchase.

The six (6) sports picks may include moneylines, point spreads, totals, player propositions, or other sports-related wagering selections.

The Company determines the timing, order, and presentation of the selections.

 

 

2. PAYMENT AND PURCHASE TERMS

The total purchase price for the Platinum Weekly Service is $299.00 USD.

Payment must be successfully processed before website access is activated.

By completing a purchase, the Customer authorizes Sharp Edge Sports LLC and its designated payment processor to charge the payment method provided.

The Customer acknowledges and agrees that:

·       All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

·       The purchase covers one seven-day service period.

·       The purchase is a one-time transaction.

·       There are no automatic renewals.

·       There are no recurring weekly charges.

·       A new purchase is required to obtain another seven-day service period.

The Company reserves the right to change its pricing for future purchases without affecting previously completed transactions.

3. SERVICE DURATION AND DELIVERY

The seven-day service period begins when payment is successfully processed and the Company activates the Customer's website access.

The Customer is entitled to six (6) sports picks during the seven (7) consecutive calendar days.

All selections will be made available through the Company's designated website.

The Customer is responsible for:

·       Accessing the website to view available selections.

·       Maintaining valid login credentials.

·       Providing accurate registration information.

·       Maintaining a reliable internet connection.

·       Protecting their account credentials from unauthorized access.

The Company determines when selections are released throughout the service period. All six selections are not necessarily released simultaneously.

The Company is not responsible for missed selections resulting from the Customer's failure to access the website, incorrect login information, device issues, or internet connectivity problems.

If the Company fails to provide the six promised selections for reasons within its control, the Company will provide the missing selections or another appropriate remedy consistent with applicable law.

4. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

The Customer understands that sports predictions and wagering selections involve uncertainty and financial risk.

Sharp Edge Sports LLC does not guarantee:

·       Winning sports picks.

·       A particular winning percentage.

·       Profitable betting results.

·       A specific return on investment.

·       Recovery of betting losses.

·       Accuracy of future predictions.

·       Any particular financial outcome.

All selections represent the Company's opinions and analysis at the time they are released.

Past performance, historical records, statistics, and previously successful selections do not guarantee future results.

A sports pick may lose, push, be voided, or become unavailable before a Customer places a wager.

Purchasing the Platinum Weekly Service does not guarantee or promise income, profits, or financial success.

5. SPORTS WAGERING DISCLAIMER

Sharp Edge Sports LLC provides sports information, analysis, and wagering recommendations.

Unless separately authorized under applicable law, the Company does not operate a sportsbook, accept wagers, hold betting funds, or place wagers on behalf of Customers.

All wagering decisions are made independently by the Customer.

The Customer acknowledges that:

1.     Sports wagering involves financial risk.

2.     All wagers may result in financial losses.

3.     No sports selection is guaranteed to win.

4.     Betting odds and available lines vary between sportsbooks.

5.     Sportsbooks independently determine their betting rules, limits, and payout conditions.

6.     Customers should never wager money they cannot afford to lose.

The Customer is solely responsible for determining whether sports wagering is legal in their jurisdiction and for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

6. AGE REQUIREMENT

The Platinum Weekly Service is strictly limited to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age.

By purchasing or accessing the Service, the Customer represents and warrants that:

·       They are at least twenty-one (21) years old.

·       They are legally eligible to access the Service in their jurisdiction.

·       All registration information provided is accurate and truthful.

Sharp Edge Sports LLC reserves the right to request age verification at any time.

The Company may deny, suspend, or terminate access if a Customer fails to satisfy the minimum age requirement or cannot reasonably verify their age.

Individuals under twenty-one (21) years of age are strictly prohibited from purchasing or accessing the Service.

7. NO REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.

Due to the time-sensitive nature of sports analysis, proprietary selections, and immediate access to the Platinum Weekly Service, all purchases are final once payment has been processed and website access has been activated.

The Customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that Sharp Edge Sports LLC maintains a strict no-refund policy.

Refunds will not be issued for:

·       Losing sports picks.

·       Betting losses.

·       Dissatisfaction with selections.

·       Changes in betting odds or lines.

·       Changes of mind after purchasing.

·       Failure to place recommended wagers.

·       Failure to access the website during the service period.

·       Personal scheduling conflicts.

·       Failure to achieve desired financial results.

·       Early termination or voluntary discontinuation of use.

The Customer understands that the $299.00 purchase price pays for access to the Platinum Weekly Service and its six sports picks, not for guaranteed winning results.

The Company does not offer prorated refunds for unused portions of the service period or selections the Customer chooses not to view.

Nothing in this policy waives any refund or other remedy that may be required by applicable law, including remedies arising from the Company's failure to deliver the purchased Service.

8. WEBSITE ACCESS AND ACCOUNT SECURITY

The Platinum Weekly Service is delivered exclusively through the Company's designated website.

Website access is personal, limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable.

Customers may not:

·       Share their login credentials.

·       Allow unauthorized individuals to use their accounts.

·       Sell, transfer, or distribute website access.

·       Attempt to bypass website security.

·       Access restricted areas without authorization.

·       Copy or redistribute proprietary selections.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in unauthorized sharing, fraudulent activity, or violations of this Agreement.

The Customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their login credentials.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All sports picks, analysis, research, written content, graphics, materials, branding, and other content provided through the Platinum Weekly Service are the intellectual property of Sharp Edge Sports LLC or its respective licensors.

Purchasing the Service grants the Customer a limited, personal license to access and use the content for individual informational purposes.

Customers may not reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any Company content without prior written authorization.

Unauthorized sharing or distribution may result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.

All intellectual property rights remain with their respective owners.

10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

The Company may rely on third-party hosting providers, payment processors, website services, and technology providers to operate the Service.

Sharp Edge Sports LLC does not control independent sportsbooks or third-party platforms.

The Company is not responsible for interruptions, technical failures, account restrictions, or other third-party issues outside its reasonable control.

The Company will make reasonable efforts to maintain website availability throughout the purchased service period.

Temporary interruptions for maintenance, security updates, or technical difficulties may occur.

Where an interruption prevents delivery of the purchased selections, the Company will make reasonable efforts to provide the promised service or an appropriate remedy.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sharp Edge Sports LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the Customer's use of the Service.

This includes, without limitation:

·       Sports wagering losses.

·       Lost profits or anticipated earnings.

·       Missed betting opportunities.

·       Changes in betting odds.

·       Inaccurate third-party information.

·       Technical interruptions.

·       Third-party website failures.

·       Decisions made independently by the Customer.

The Customer acknowledges that all wagering decisions are voluntary and made at their own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total aggregate liability arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the applicable seven-day service period.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

12. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

The Customer agrees to:

·       Provide accurate personal and payment information.

·       Use the Service for lawful purposes.

·       Maintain the confidentiality of website login credentials.

·       Refrain from sharing proprietary Company selections.

·       Independently verify betting lines and odds.

·       Make all wagering decisions independently.

·       Comply with applicable wagering laws.

·       Refrain from fraudulent or abusive activity.

The Customer acknowledges that purchasing the Service does not create any guarantee of financial return or successful wagering outcomes.

13. SERVICE MODIFICATIONS AND TERMINATION

Sharp Edge Sports LLC reserves the right to modify the presentation, format, or technical delivery of the Platinum Weekly Service when reasonably necessary.

The Company may suspend or terminate Customer access for:

·       Violation of this Agreement.

·       Fraudulent payment activity.

·       Unauthorized account sharing.

·       Unauthorized distribution of Company content.

·       Harassment or abusive conduct.

·       Unlawful use of the Service.

·       Attempts to compromise website security.

Termination resulting from the Customer's material violation of this Agreement does not automatically entitle the Customer to a refund, subject to applicable law.

The Company may discontinue the Service at its discretion. Customers with active purchases will retain any rights to undelivered services or other remedies required by applicable law.

14. PRIVACY AND CUSTOMER INFORMATION

Sharp Edge Sports LLC may collect information necessary to process payments, establish website accounts, provide access, communicate with Customers, and maintain business records.

Customer information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the Company's published Privacy Policy.

Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their own accounts, devices, and login credentials.

15. INDEMNIFICATION

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sharp Edge Sports LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and representatives from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from:

·       The Customer's violation of this Agreement.

·       The Customer's unlawful use of the Service.

·       The Customer's violation of applicable wagering laws.

·       Unauthorized distribution or misuse of Company content.

·       The Customer's negligent or wrongful conduct.

This provision does not require indemnification for claims arising from the Company's own conduct to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

16. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall first be addressed through good-faith communication between the Customer and Sharp Edge Sports LLC.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the appropriate state or federal courts located in Nevada, subject to applicable jurisdictional requirements.

Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot legally be waived.

17. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT

Sharp Edge Sports LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use & Service Agreement when necessary.

Updated terms will be published through the Company's designated website.

Changes will not retroactively eliminate material rights associated with previously purchased service periods unless permitted by applicable law.

18. ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND SEVERABILITY

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Sharp Edge Sports LLC and the Customer concerning the Platinum Weekly Service.

It supersedes all prior agreements and understandings relating to the same subject matter.

If any provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Failure by the Company to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of its rights under this Agreement.

19. CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ACCEPTANCE

By checking the acceptance box during checkout and completing the purchase, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that:

·       The purchase price is $299.00 USD.

·       The purchase is a one-time transaction.

·       No automatic renewal or recurring charges apply.

·       The service period is seven (7) consecutive calendar days.

·       The Service includes six (6) sports picks.

·       All selections are delivered through the Company's designated website.

·       The Customer must be at least twenty-one (21) years old.

·       Sports picks are opinions and recommendations, not guarantees.

·       Sports wagering involves financial risk.

·       The Customer is solely responsible for all wagering decisions.

·       The Company maintains a no-refund policy, subject to applicable law.

·       The Customer has reviewed and accepted the limitation of liability provisions.

·       The Customer agrees to the governing laws of Nevada.

·       The Customer has read, understood, and voluntarily accepted this Agreement.

CUSTOMER ACCEPTANCE

By electronically accepting these terms and completing the purchase, the Customer agrees to be legally bound by this Agreement to the extent permitted by applicable law.
